Frankie goes to Africa
Barb and Frankie were living Elk Lake, Wisconsin. Barb was sitting at home one day, lying of her bed, just giving her eyes a rest........ZZZZZZ. Frankie, on the other hand, was wide awake. She was jumping up at the couch and ripping all the sheets with her wheels. Finally Barb woke up.
”What is it Frankie? I was sleeping,” Barb mumbled.
When Barb was sleeping, she had a dream of going to Africa with Frankie. When she was dreaming she imagined that she was with Frankie on an elephant and they were having lots of fun togethe. Then Frankie woke Barb up and she got mad. Frankie had always wanted to to go to Africa and she always barked at the Africa poster in Barb’s room but she could never tell Barb she wanted to go because she’s a dog.
One day Barb noticed that Frankie really started to bark at the Africa poster. When Frankie was sleeping she bought flight tickets to go Africa. When Frankie woke up, Barb surprised her with the tickets. Frankie was barking and jumping all around.
On the flight to Africa they were having so much fun until they heard a gun shot and then the power turned off. Barb and Frankie knew their plane was being taken over so Frankie jumped out of Barb’s hands and ran towards the hijackers. She bite them and they screamed in pain and dropped their guns. Barb ran and took the guns and hide them in the storage space. The hijackers we left only with they hands so they pushed Frankie out of the way. But Frankie wouldn’t let go so they dropped to the floor and some people from the plane jumped on them and tied them up. When the plane landed, the police were waiting and the hijackers got sentenced to 50 years. Frankie and Barb went home safely and wrote a story about their adventure. When Barb got home she started on her new book the amazing adventures of Barb and Frankie!!
